Lincoln County Fire Service is aware of the fire currently burning in Nogal Canyon on the Mescalero Apache Reservation. Per a

Press release they want to clarify that this fire is not located in Nogal Canyon within Lincoln County.

At this time, there are no threats to communities or structures in Lincoln County, but we are actively monitoring the situation and will coordinate with our partners if conditions change.
