Hobbs, NM — The Alamogordo High Schooltrack and field teams delivered a strong showing Thursday, April 2, 2026, at the Gene Wells Relays hosted by Hobbs High School. The Tigers boys finished 3rd overall in the team standings, while the girls placed 4th.

Alamogordo athletes claimed multiple event victories and produced several state-qualifying performances, highlighted by dominant relay teams and standout sprints and middle-distance runs.

The girls’ relays were a major strength, sweeping key events:
